I just love my new cooktop. The design makes it really easy to clean. In terms of performance, I noticed that cook times are a little bit shorter. The gas dial has a wide range, so I can go from very low to high flame. Also having an additional burner is great. I can have multiple meals going at the same time. EDIT: the mfg was great at communicating what I thought might be an issue (it was not an issue). so far, the unit is running and keeping wine chilled however, it will not accommodate 26 bottles (more like ~14). it is a good looking unit I do wish I knew what the humidity is, temp is, of course, adjustable.
