Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). It takes several days to bring the hot tub up to temperature when refilling. I think this may be comfortable for 5 people, but I have no idea how you fit 7 adults in this hot tub. We are SO happy with this tub! The seating arrangement is perfect, with no “lounger” to limit options. Setup was a breeze for our electrician- he was very pleased with the accessibility of the electrical components. The jets are amazing, the cover fits nice and snug, and everything works exactly as we had hoped. The tub arrived in perfect condition, the shippers were pleasant, and it arrived right on schedule. Overall, it’s been an absolutely perfect experience, and my only regret is being unable to give it six stars. Update Almost 2 12 years in, we still love this tub! I live in Chicago suburb, which is pretty windy, i used to have umbrella or pop up tent but they got blow away really bad. Finally made my mind to invest in this permanent Gazebo. It turned out perfectly, the installation was long but easy to follow because all the pre drilled holes, great manual and design of it. The cedar wood stand and steel frame really high quality and looks super premium. This definitely brings a lot to my patio space. I really like the structure and screen windows. I would suggest making sure you set up the openingdoors that best fits your area so that both doors can be utilized if thats a big deal for you. Great tub but a couple of things I did not expect. First thing was I underestimated the weight of the tub. It's a lot heavier than it looks. If it needs to go up have some heavy equipment to assist you and the second thing was the amount of electricity it used in the winter. my electric bill went up $80-$100 a month. So far so good. Please note that you are going to be out of breath if you use the hand pump to set this thing up. We have a battery operated pump used for the boat water toys, that helped us speed things up with set up. Also be sure to stake it! Otherwise while you're blowing it up, it flops over on its self and you cant get much air into the tent when its doing that. Its just in the backyard right now.
