My wife and I(58 and 60yo) were able to separate the two king bed frame sections at the three hinge points with a metric ratchet and wrench and unplug three quick disconnects in order to half the weight to 100lbs each and bring them up a flight of stairs, then reconnect everything on the second floor, this process saved our backs and cost us an extra fifteen minutes tops. Installation was super simple and the remote was already paired to the frame. Love love, love, love, love, love, love, love. This outdoor gazebo, and it comes with mosquito net drapes, which is awesome. It was fairly easy for the workmen to assemble and get into place on my brand new concrete stamped and stained modern patio, so, yes, I highly recommend this, I've had it for about 2 years now, and it's really held up very well. When note is you wanna be sure to take the drapes in each year because it is a fine mosquito net mesh which does not stand up to harsh weather , so make sure to get those drapes in at the end of those summer..
