We’ve had a less than average stove for quite some time. It was getting the job done but we didn’t really know what we were missing. This thing is amazing! Most of the time we can even turn the burners to high because the heat is so abundant. I used to say my wife couldn’t boil water when it came to her culinary capabilities. I just love my new cooktop. The design makes it really easy to clean. In terms of performance, I noticed that cook times are a little bit shorter. The gas dial has a wide range, so I can go from very low to high flame. Also having an additional burner is great. I can have multiple meals going at the same time. Nearly 5 year update... I still LOVE LOVE LOVE this range! We've only had this for a month or so but so far, so good. The only issue that we've encountered is the rings around the center and right front burner (the bright chrome trim) has started to discolor as a result of food residue falling on them. Overall a good quality stove, has a major issue with center burner. The burner has been replaced a minimum of 5 times. The 6th burner is in the process of failure. Luckily i got some help from my friend to set the water heater heater in place.
