I just love my new cooktop. The design makes it really easy to clean. In terms of performance, I noticed that cook times are a little bit shorter. The gas dial has a wide range, so I can go from very low to high flame. Also having an additional burner is great. I can have multiple meals going at the same time. This gasland cooktop was a welcomed upgrade to the Jennie I previously had. The large modern grates are perfect for bigger pots and pans with plenty of space in between. With the addition of the include griddle surface I can make steaks on one side and burgers on the other. So in love! Super sleek design, I mean sleeker than expected. Fairly light weight and install looks fairly straightforward. I like the broiler being actually in the oven instead of being in the bottom drawer of the oven, but that will take some getting used to. But having the storage drawer is very convenient. The digital control for the oven I feel is more accurate than a knob to control the oven temperature. And I like the simplicity of that feature on this particular model. I feel that on some ranges with all the oven features on the control panel are unnecessary. I like the simplicity of this model. The burners light so fast and easy! And the oven heats faster than any oven I have ever had. The only thing that I have found is that I miss having one smaller burner for simmering, the lowest burner setting is not low enough to simmer using a small pan but works fine with a larger sized pan.
