This is a beautiful hood, at a great price. Wayfair customer service went above and beyond to replace the original “lost” shipment when the first transportation company claimed the hood was delivered and signed for. The documentation proved that to be impossible based on the date it left the warehouse. I waited to review my range until I got to use it for a bit. So far this is the best oven I've used. The different size burners are very helpful, they emit a good amount of gas to heat the pots quickly (use thicker pots) . Bought this model for a kitchen remodel for our house. The oven burners are great! The super hot single burner is great for wok cooking. The griddle and included roasting pan are great and really handy. The only complaints I have are one burner regulator stopped working, an oven knob will spin and spin without hitting the stop detent, and if you clean too hard you will rub the burner finish off.
