This product imparts a greater gloss than Marmoleum has out of the box. I'd call it satin. We like the shine. Since it is a Forbo product it should be the most compatible treatment available. The instructions say it both cleans and shines though it makes sense to thoroughly sweep then clean the floor with mild detergent and water or the Forbo cleaner first. This is my third Dyson Animal. I keep one upstairs that is 10 years old and this new stand one I am keeping downstairs. I am very satisfied with Dyson vacuums. The suction power is excellent. I like the adjustable carpet level and a longer court, which my older Dyson does not have. It is a heavier, vacuum and many others on the market, but I have found that the lighter vacuums do not have the suction power that the Dyson does, so the weight of the vacuum is of no significant consequence to me. I absolutely love the BISSELL CleanView Compact Upright Vacuum. It is super compact and lightweight, making it perfect for small apartments with hard floors, laminate, and light carpet. Despite its size, it has very strong suction power and picks up dirt and debris extremely well. It is also very easy to clean and maintain, which is a huge plus. The extension wand is long enough to comfortably reach tight spaces in slightly small areas. I honestly fell in love with this vacuum and highly recommend it for homes with or without pets. This has worked well for us. Way to out together and produces a great compost. One thing to note is that the compost can rest on the bottom ledge inside which can make it difficult to open the doors.
