I like this rug in person even better than I did on the website. It's thin enough that my front door will go right over the top of it. It came delivered in plenty of plastic which was good since it rained that day. I have put it in front of my door so that when it does rain we won't slip on the ceramic tile flooring. I love this rug!. Its thin so you will need a rug pad if you want some squish- but I just wanted to bring the room together that was machine washable. Our living room is grey with mid century modern furniture and used as a "playroom" for our dogs. I wanted something to add feminity and color to the space. This rug is amazing for the price! I realized that, this rug has sewn over edges. I am so glad it has those thick edges! Those edges really help this rug lay flat, and not flip back up or over.
