This canopy worked perfectly for a backyard BBQ. It provided plenty of shade and space for our guests, and the sidewalls were a nice bonus for extra coverage when needed. This is my second time buying this gazebo. I get so many compliments when people come over! The last one ended up getting ruined by a wind storm but I had it for several years and everything was holding up perfectly. The canopy fabric color did not bleach out and the curtains were still perfect. There was zero rust on the frame itself even with our harsh winters. I purchased this to extend our usable space on our patio. It took 2 people about 5 hours in the Texas heat to put this together. We did have some experience with this type of assembly so that helped streamline things. It definitely needs to be anchored, but once it is the awning is quite stable. I usually don’t write product reviews, but I had to share my experience with this inflatable tent. After a long day of unpacking and setting everything up, I accidentally forgot to loosen the Velcro that was holding my heavy-duty indooroutdoor extension cord tightly wrapped. Because the cord remained coiled during use, it overheated and melted the rubber casing inside the tent. It became so hot that the power shut off due to heat overload, and a cloud of smoke filled the tent. A duffel bag sitting nearby even picked up some melted orange rubber from the cord, and the heat was intense enough to melt the tarp underneath the tent. Despite all that, the tent itself did not suffer any significant damage, which honestly impressed me. I’ll do my best to include photos of everything. Overall, this is an excellent product. It truly functions as a four-season hot tent and does an amazing job retaining heat. I’m definitely not suggesting anyone intentionally test their tent this way — this was purely an accident — but I’m thankful I was in a well-built, reliable tent that helped keep me safe in a potentially dangerous situation..
