First one sent bent immediately after getting the springs on which took forever. Wayfair sent another one and I paid for the installation. It's a great size for the price! And wasn't hard for a 5'7 somewhat strong woman to put together alone (even putting the cover on wasn't so bad). I used a wrench to tighten the bolts but that was the only tool needed. I took one star off because one of the side rods came bent almost into the right shape but not quite, so I couldn't attach it. I have yet to install the product. It does look well designed and should be easy to assemble and install. The only problem was I ordered black brackets with grey poly canopy.
