You will not be receiving this product as pictured. The pictured item is the sensor probe for their commercial stream generators. The residential stream generator only comes with the probe, no metal housing/ grill. Mr. Stan expects you to put the probe within your grout....so not sure how this would work down the road if you ever needed to service or replace this probe...rip out your grout? Also, you'd need to consider your spacing in your grout where you'd be placing this probe. Wish I knew ahead of ordering and then requesting replacement which arrived like the first, no housing/grill. This rug is a good value for the money The color is very neutral ivory and light beige tones. The textured design is what makes this rug look nice. The looped pile is low so it will not show tracking footprints or vacuuming markspaths. I am giving only 3 stars because some spots on the 8x10 rug show places where the woven loops are not tightly in place so it sort of looks like bare spots. It says hand-tufted but not hand woven which usually is a more expensive better quality rug. Compared to many other rugs I considered and looked at in all sorts of price points I ended up settling on this one that is a lot more budget friendly, as we own a cat that likes to scratch things with its front claws!
