Bought two of these pots (11 qt & 5 qt) to fill in some gaps in our kitchen toolkit. Chose them because of the simple, easy-to-clean design. The handles are welded on, no screws or rivets to collect gunk. They are probably our most-used pots now!
The handles do not sit flush against the pot (see photo), which probably helps keep them from getting too hot. There’s a little gap around the weld, which looks like it might be a weakness, but they’ve held up for a year of regular use.
The manufacturing seemed to overlook some finishing touches, which cost them a star. One of the handles had a sharp burr on the weld, which I filed off easily. The bottom of the 5 qt pot was quite rough, but some fine sandpaper solved that.
