Both decorative and functional, the LunaLite Dual-Purpose Mushroom Stake is the first solar product of its kind that is decorative and functional given its ability to simultaneously up-light and downlight. The individually blown glass mushroom cap is inserted into the cradle of the solar module receiver, where it is secured in place by three ornate wire forms. Atop the solar module is a single, bright white LED that illuminates the cap, while underneath the module are three micro white LED's used for illuminating anything below, be it a pathway, walkway, the perimeter of a garden or flower bed or small figurine/statuette. Interesting, self-contained without the separate solar charger, the only drawback it at night you see the bulb which doesn't illuminate the glass mushroom dome too well. This was pretty easy to put together. The directions could have been written out better especially when it comes to the after it’s put together and how to create the pump and plant the seeds.
