It was packaged very well and the material/image output is fine, but we plan to return. On the size we purchased (28" H x 39" W), the image is slightly skewed, and I can't get past it. (For example, the tape reels should be true circles, but on our canvas they are slightly oval.) I also didn't realize the canvas is only 0.75"; I wanted something a little more substantial..
