It's great to find Riedel quality on the Wayfair site. Earlier in the year I ordered the champage glasses which are a bit smaller. I put the white wine glass next to it so you can see the difference. They are machine-made, dishwasher-safe, and durable. I don't have worry about them being too precious for daily use and yet they are elegant and feel good in the hand. I can find "cheaper" glasses, but these are big bang for your buck if you want to get a quality glass and not break the bank. I use Riedel for all of my wine glasses and was pleased to see that the quality similar for these martini glasses. The thin rim is elegant, though one has a very slight chip. The entire Grace set of glasses is defected. There is a very apparent marking where the stem meets the base on every single glass, and Mikasa states that this is not a manufacturer defect as this is the marking of where the glass gets cut. In addition, some of the glasses also have bubbles on them. Mikasa says this is a not a manufacturer defect and will not replace the glasses for you. Coupes and flutes are so 2000 and late! This is the perfect glass to taste the true essence of a great sparking wine (champagne or not).
