I just love my new cooktop. The design makes it really easy to clean. In terms of performance, I noticed that cook times are a little bit shorter. The gas dial has a wide range, so I can go from very low to high flame. Also having an additional burner is great. I can have multiple meals going at the same time. I am an Asian and have been living in USA for 25 years .The most drive me crazy is cooking an Asian meal, because I never can find the strong burners for my needs. I ordered this stove few days ago and came two days later. I spent so much time looking for a gas stove with three burners and individual grates because I had 5 burners (I never used 4 or 5 burners at the same time), heavy busy grates make so difficult to bring them to the sink and clean them, But now this one makes my job so easier and I am enjoys cooking more and finishing much faster and cleaning less! This is a great looking cooktop! We are just not sure about the knobs. There is a stainless steel ring around the knobs that is bigger than the know itself so food or grease can get between It will be interesting to try to clean. The cast iron pot rests are beautiful and well made. The aesthetic of this piece is great. Not 100% sure about performance. We have a gas smell the plumber has been out twice and says it is coming from the knobs. Wayfair is working with Zine and there is a one year warranty so I am certain we can resolve this.. Betsy. CO.
