I had purchased an 8-inch GreenPan from Wayfair previously. I recently fried tofu in that pan. Frying tofu in a stainless steel or cast iron pan was difficult because the tofu sticks too much. It was easy in the GreenPan, and cleanup was no problem. I decided I needed a bigger GreenPan. The price for the 10-inch and 12-inch set was a bargain - just $20 more than the 12-inch pan along. We have a gas range, which seems to heat up most handles and utensils. With the GreenPan, the handle stays relatively cool. We spent a lot of time looking for just the right kitchen faucet as we remodel our older, new home kitchen to boot. We really like it.. it looks great and fits our space well. The only issue was that in a few areas, there were small scratches and some of the plastic design details weren’t fully secured, so we had to glue them in ourselves.
