Upon receiving all six boxes, which arrived within a two-day span, I was finally able to put this pergola together. You will need at least 2–3 people for assembly, especially when raising and securing the frame. The parts for the frame were easy to assemble. The only step where I needed help was having three people hold the frame upright while I secured everything together. So far, it has held up great, even with the heavy winds in my area. The instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. I didn’t run into any issues during assembly, and all the required parts were included in the boxes—nothing was missing. This was the most well packaged and clearly marked build I have ever bought. Someone has OCD because it was ON POINT!! Directions were very easy to follow, and all the holes lined up. We are very happy with this gazebo. The wood quality is very good, and the finished product looks beautiful and sturdy in our backyard. Assembly was easier than expected. Two people in the family were able to put it together without hiring outside workers. The instructions were clear, and the parts fit together well. I would recommend wearing gloves during assembly to help avoid scratches or small injuries, and having a ladder will definitely make the process easier. One thing I would suggest is adding an extra coat of wood stain or sealer if you want more protection. I did that for mine because I want it to last longer. Even without it, I think the wood feels durable, but if you live in a humid area or want extra long-term protection, adding a wood sealer is a good idea. One of my favorite things is simply sitting inside the gazebo in the early morning or late afternoon. The shade, fresh air, and peaceful atmosphere make it a perfect place to relax and unwind. First. I am glad that I read the reviews especially the negative ones so I could see for myself if the problems are systemic for this product. Overall, I am very satisfied with this product, and it looks great. The product was well packed and there was no damage from shipping, but the package was long and bulky causing the delivery personnel to struggle getting it off the truck. There were only 2 screw holes (in the horizontal supports) that didn’t match up where the H1 bolt would not fit. Fortunately, the 2 places didn’t affect the integrity of the product. Two of the slats on the horizontal bars were welded slightly off (1/8”) making it impossible to use the longer H1 screws. I overcame this by using the spare shorter screws that are used to install upper panels. The use of plastic screws on the top ceiling metal sheets (top of the gazebo) are a waste of time and hold the panels in very well. Constructions tips: It does take four people to get the frame standing and installed. It only takes about 5 minutes to erect the post and insert them into place. So, get your neighbors to help for this major step. It also takes 2 people to set the top copula onto the frame. The rest of the construction can be done by yourself. One complaint I read was that the holes of the metal roof didn’t properly align up with the frame. Since I was aware of this, I didn’t tighten all the screws until all panels were installed. There is enough wiggle room to make the necessary adjustments to get all the screws into the holes. The same issue applies to the rafters when installing the support cross beams. Losen the brackets up so that the cross beams can be inserted into place. Be careful about cross threading the H1 bolts into the frame. I messed up on 1 and it’s not repairable. Use your fingers to start the bolt before using the 10mm tools to lock into place. It took me two 10-hour days to unpack, build, make minor adjustment, and clean up to complete this project. I also had a great time building this project since the finished product does look very impressive. I am happy with the product and would purchase again. It took a few months to get up the desire to tackle this project. The instructions were pretty straight forward, mainly pictures without words. I'd say assembly was on the easier side. Instructions said it would take 4 to 6 people to assemble, I did it completely by myself with no issues. I think it took me about 10 total hours over 2 days to completely assemble. There were several parts that were not marked with the same letters as in the instructions but easy enough to figure out. The "V" posts were actually "W" posts and a couple other issues like that. There was also one length of wood that was about 1" too long and I had to trim it off to assemble. a nice looking gazebo and I'd probably purchase it again.. William. Sun Sep 08 2024

This toilet is awesome!!! It is a high functioning toilet providing multiple comforting options like a heated seat, self cleaning bidet, night light, massage, etc. Enjoy tranquility on the toilet by listening to soothing music. Installation time does range from 1 to 4 hours depending on having an electrical outlet near for connectivity. The toilet also offers a manual flush feature should you loose electrical power. By reducing surface water absorption, cracking, spalling, pitting, mold, mildew, algae, staining, and other damage and deterioration caused by surface water absorption will also be reduced.

I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete.
