I love this gazebo! Unfortunately my previous Wayfair gazebo collapsed due to the tremendous amount of snow and ice we received early in January. I should have removed the canopy, but have not been removing it in past years. Id simply go out with a long push broom and gently lift up each section to allow the snow to fall off. This storm was different. Lesson learned. Unfortunately, its tough to buy a canopy that includes the ribbing that holds it together and atop the frame. Wayfairs customer service department used the replacement canopy I had purchased then returned and applied it as a credit to my account. I then quickly found an open box gazebo, that in my opinion is of better quality. I was eager to get it up, despite the windy weather here in Quakertown PA, but its up and anchored to my concrete patio acquiring plants, comfy chairs and tables, garden decor, etc. (mostly everything purchased at Wayfair, of course)!. I purchased this gazebo from wayfair.com⁠� and overall, I think it’s a beautiful gazebo for the price point. The finished look is elegant, and once assembled properly, it creates a great outdoor space. The instructions were fairly straightforward, and most of the assembly process was manageable. However, I did run into a significant issue during the roof installation. When attempting to start assembling the roof structure, the corner roof supports repeatedly pulled and popped out of the large corner posts they screw into. The connection does not feel secure enough if the structure is not fully stabilized there is nothing more than plastic on the top corner post that these corner poles screw into. My biggest recommendation to future buyers is this make sure all center side supports and framing pieces are completely installed and tightened around the entire gazebo before attempting to install the roof corners. This step is critical. If you try to install the roof in the way the instructions state, it causes too much pressure on the aluminum poles and the pressure and shifting weight can cause the corner pieces to pull right out of the posts, leading to frustrating adjustments and rework. As a 53-year-old woman assembling this on my own, I can honestly say this project is doable, but it is not a one-person job once you reach the roof stage. Having an extra set of hands would make a major difference and prevent unnecessary stress and alignment issues. Despite the challenges, I still think it’s a lovely gazebo and a good value overall. What a nice patio canopy. We really like it. Its easy enough for one person to assemble, but two people assembling would be ideal. Its nice looking. Its tall. The fabric seems to be a stronger weave than most. We like the large air vent and the hook for our fanlight. We are not sure of the weep holes when it rains. We want everything under it as dry as possible. Thats a wait n see situation. We have set aside the wall panels and bug netting but they are very well made of high quality durable fabric.
