I contemplated ordering this mattress for a couple months before finally doing it and so far I have zero regrets! Shipping was fast, communication was great with tracking. Packaging was easy to open, and the mattress is great quality for the price. Firm and not flimsy, yet still soft. This is a great mattress for the price! It arrived wrapped really tightly and unfurled quite quickly. So I suggest placing it on the bed framebox spring before unwrapping. The package came with a tool for cutting the plastic safely so opening it was easy. We gave it the full 72 hours before using it and as you can see by the pictures, it came out great. This mattress arrived packaged well. The intructions for unwrapping were easy to follow. This mattress was very heavy even in a skinny box. I suggest getting a second person to help lift it. I moved it upatairs on my own and it was quite a workout. I suggest unwrapping and unrolling it on the bed. It says to allow it to decompress for a couple of days.
