I just love my new cooktop. The design makes it really easy to clean. In terms of performance, I noticed that cook times are a little bit shorter. The gas dial has a wide range, so I can go from very low to high flame. Also having an additional burner is great. I can have multiple meals going at the same time. We love the Turbo Blade Fan as we now have three of them. One has the heat & cooling feature. We have central air but use these to help circulate & filter the air. They have so many nice features from being quiet to the turbo one if you want to drown out the noise & really cool off. The oscillating feature is also great.
