It's so easy to use, heats up quickly. Water boils so fast! The surface is so durable an easy to clean. I dropped a coffee mug from an upper cabinet and it didnt leave a scratch! With the matte finish I feel like it will last years and scratches won't be noticeable at all. Coming from a propane stove there has been a learning curve and some frustrating moments but its easy to get use to now.
