As the saying goes, you get what you pay for! Screws to attach the legs are so long they start stretching through the fabric. If you continue to tighten to stabilize the legs the fabric "pouches" out. Assembly not bad but a little tricky for 1 person. The so-called velvet for the bottom is NOT velvet and is extremely skimpy to the extent it barely covers. The print is extremely faint unlike the picture on-line. This is a traditional double wall lamp that features a beautiful french gold finish. It is constructed from handcast & sanded resin, painted and antiqued by hand. This enchanting lamp adds character to any room!

I like the amount of light I get from it, 2-100 watt bulbs really provides what I need. The fixture is very fragile, I didn’t think we would get it installed without breaking off one of the lamps, but we did! The paint is much darker than the picture.
