I absolutely cannot say anything bad about this chair except that it doesn’t come in more colors. Before it was even fully unwrapped it started to come to life. Within minutes of being unwrapped, it was fully sturdy. This sturdiness does make it heavy, so lift with your legs. Overall for the price it is a well made chair. Some of the issues I have with it probably would have been avoided if there was an instruction book on how to use the features. I don’t know how to reduce the intensity, or where the heat is. The rollers are fixed and very strong. This is a great piece of sturdy furniture and it really elevates a bonus bedroom that I am using for my dogs when I need to go out and run errands! The guys who put it together said it’s hard to make it lay flat but I won’t need to use it for that unless I have more than two additional people come over and stay the night that overflows from the guest room so I will cross that bridge when/if I come to it. I added a beautiful, oversized, needlepointed pillow and it really stands out as a unique piece of furniture. I am contemplating buying another one for my office so stay tuned!
