The unit was installed in our new home in January 2026. We like the layout of the inside of the unit, and the fact that there are 3 loading racks. The unit is quiet. We are a little disappointed with the stainless-steel outside panel as it is hard to remove streaks and fingerprints. Our Z-Line refrigerator, stove, and microwave don't have that problem.. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my Bosch Benchmark dishwasher for a week now. And I'm quite annoyed that after it finishes, the light turns off and there is no indication that the wash completed successfully. Yes, I know I can check the app to confirm, but this is annoying to have to reach for my phone when my previous dishwasher simply had an LED that stayed lit to confirm the wash completed properly. Every day I use the dishwasher I'm reminded that Bosch would somehow rather save a tiny tiny amount of energy to shut the dishwasher totally off than leave a little LED lit to confirm that the wash completed. I have kids, and they need to know whether the dishes in the dishwasher are clean or dirty. Without this signal, it makes this harder than it should be. I'm all for saving energy and saving the planet, but not having a "successful completion LED" was a bad engineering decision. Next time, I will be more careful to buy a dishwasher with that feature.. The Bosch dishwasher is quiet. However, I am older and find that it has difficult instructions. It took reading the manual carefully to start. The manual did not come with the dishwasher so I had to download it from my computer. I like to manually start the dishwasher and do not want to put it on an app on my phone which the manual keeps suggesting I do. It has quite a bit of moisture inside the machine after the wash and rinse cycle are complete which is annoying. I manually wipe some of the inside of the machine. The Good This pull-out shelf is exceptionally well-made and feels incredibly sturdy once installed. The wood finish is high-quality, and the full-extension rails operate smoothly, making it effortless to access items at the very back of the cabinet. The Installation I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to install. The provided instructions were great—clear, logical, and easy to follow. Additionally, the included alignment guide was a fantastic touch that made the setup much more precise and straightforward. The Sizing (A Note for Beginners) The only challenge I faced was deciding on the final dimensions. Despite measuring four separate times to be certain, my lack of experience in this area made the sizing process a bit confusing. I really love the shelf, but looking at it now, I do wish I would have ordered it one inch wider to fully capture the potential of the space. Because of the sizing gap, I currently have a 3/4-inch space on each side that cuts down on the usable surface area. It will ultimately be up to my wife to decide if we keep this unit or try another path.
