Works good and looks nice but it would have helped if the remote control worked. There’s no way to dim the lights without the remote so it is very bright when the room is dark. Update… Contacted the manufacturer directly and they fixed the issue. They were very responsive and sent a free replacement remote control and panel. They guided me through the whole process of pairing the remote and followed through a few days later to see how everything was working. Now it is working 100 perfect!! This has a nice, slim clearance, works great, and heats a room quickly. My only 2 complaints are that the highest brightness setting on the orange/real flame is not very bright. 2nd, there is a warning sticker front and center above the flame that I assume would peel off, but when I started to remove it, it was silver beneath indicating it wasn't meant to be removed.
