This is a good-looking fire pit. The finish looks like a cement, but it's not. The concealed tank keeps the footprint smaller. The shape allows you to get close because your knees can fit under the shelf. We will likely buy a glass ring to go around the fire because when you set your glasses there, they will get warm. The fireplace was packaged well and arrived without damage. It came with red lava rocks which I don't think go with the design style so I replaced them with black and I like the look a lot. It seems to be well made and I liked that it came with a cover. We have only used it once, started right up and the flame is a nice height.
