Two or three zoom calls to go through design and options using their software program with renderings was great. Shipping was reasonably quick for semi custom cabinets. This is the floor of my dreams. I am so happy. First of all, it looks just like the product page photo. The sample I ordered was darker, had little or no red tones, just sort of flat looking. The customer photos are what convinced me to take a chance and I am so glad I did. The finish is smooth and glossy, the red tones gleam. It is so elegant. I LOVE it! Update: 11 months later, I still love this flooring. Maintenance has required a learning curve. It does show dirt and dust quite a bit and my cats leave little paw prints everywhere so it needs to be cleaned a few times a week, which I don't love. I discovered the best way to clean it is with a dish soap and water solution (a few drops of dish soap to about a quart of water) sprayed on a microfiber mop pad and not directly on the floor. Unfortunately the Sand and Stable bath vanities I ordered didn’t include a side splash. They don’t make a side 21” side splash either, so I rolled the dice trying to find a near match for the carrera white quartz vanity.
