I was using a Pyrex glass measuring cup to heat one cup of water in the mornings in my microwave and it would take almost 5 minutes to begin boiling. I like my hot water fairy hot so really excited that now it takes a minute to two minutes at the most. This was a great purchase and priced very reasonable. Gorgeous and well packaged for shipping. I haven’t used it yet but will update review. I LOVE the green color. I have been trying to find a green coffee maker for a while now and mint green is one of my favorite shades.
