The extra thickness on this board provides greater stability while carving. With features on both sides, they can be used for everyday meals and used with pride on ceremonial occasions as well. The perfect board for holiday roasts or poultry.

It’s a great medium large size with deep grooves. It’s heavy enough to not slide around but light enough that washing it isn’t too cumbersome. The coloring is a bit splotchy and some areas (the corners of the grooves) could be sanded better. But overall it appears very functional and easy to live with. This new 4-cooks beveled-edge cutting board comes in 3 different sizes and two wood species and is NSF-approved. It features a three-beveled or chamfered-edge cutting board. This is completely natural as we leave all of our wood in its natural state with no varnishes or lacquers.
