Took about 24 hours to dehumidify our piano room and get it to the humidity level I set it to (from 55% to 45%). It's not the most quiet appliance, but it is very effective and isn't in our main living space, so it's perfect for us. So far the manual setting works pretty well. I set it to 45% and it automatically turns on and off to keep the humidity level around there. I have a hygrometer near the piano that tracks humidity level and it's staying very steady since getting this dehumidifier. I'm also I glad I got the one with wi-fi connection. You can control everything through the app– turn the dehumidifier on/off; change the modes between Auto, "Dry" (the manual mode), Quiet, Fan, and Continuous; and fan speed. We needed a replacement specifically to accommodate a new adjustable base, since our old bed wasn’t compatible. We absolutely loved our previous bed and hoped to find something that wouldn’t completely compromise on style, as so many adjustable base-friendly designs tend to look cookie cutter and uninspired. We took a leap of faith ordering this bed, not fully sure it would work, but it turned out to be a good match with our existing side tables and dresser. The metal isn’t super thick, but it is sturdy enough and the price point reflects this. Assembly was easy, two of us put it together without any trouble, thanks to straightforward instructions. On the negative side, Wayfair staff is woefully unprepared to answer questions about the product and in my case offered an incorrect answer to my main question as to whether the hanging folder rails came with the product. I had to call the manufacturer, Friant, to get a straight answer. Also, compared to my older American made file cabinets, this one is rather cheaply constructed. The sheet metal is of a lighter gauge than I'd prefer and the drawer glides and bearings are on the flimsy side. At $600 this would have been a good deal. At $999 it is pricey relative to the quality of construction. The supply chain margins on this must be very compelling. Overall, attractive, and well designed but mediocre construction and value.. This rug is a good value for the money The color is very neutral ivory and light beige tones. The textured design is what makes this rug look nice. The looped pile is low so it will not show tracking footprints or vacuuming markspaths. I am giving only 3 stars because some spots on the 8x10 rug show places where the woven loops are not tightly in place so it sort of looks like bare spots. It says hand-tufted but not hand woven which usually is a more expensive better quality rug. Compared to many other rugs I considered and looked at in all sorts of price points I ended up settling on this one that is a lot more budget friendly, as we own a cat that likes to scratch things with its front claws!
