I recently purchased the Donati 9-Drawer Dresser and wanted to share my experience for anyone considering it. First, be prepared—this is definitely a project if you’re assembling it on your own. I started putting it together around 7 PM, worked until about 2 AM, then picked it back up the next day around 1 PM and finished around 6 PM. It’s time-consuming and can feel a bit challenging at times, but I actually enjoyed the process and found it rewarding to see it come together. There were a few minor issues with some of the wood panels having small chips, but nothing too noticeable once everything was assembled. Overall, the dresser is very sturdy and feels well-made. The finished look is absolutely beautiful and makes the effort worth it. If you’re patient and don’t mind spending the time assembling it, I would definitely recommend it. This dresser is beautiful and definitely looks expensive! I love the hardware, style, and color. It arrived all in one box, and had no packaging issues or damage. I only marked it down due to the quality of the drawer tracks. The top drawers are difficult to open and close. Sometimes they even get stuck and I really need to force it open. This furniture was incredibly easy to assemble thanks to comprehensive labeling of each part, and detailed illustrations for each step of the assembly process. Parts were easy to assemble and created a tight and sturdy finished product. Although a second pair of hands to stabilize the assembly process, was helpful, it was not essential, but don’t let my wife know that I said that about her “assistance”. This is great value foe the money.. The assembly instructions were some of the best that I have used. I assembled by my lonesome with just a manual screwdriver in about 4 hours.
