Wayfair customer service went above and beyond to replace the original “lost” shipment when the first transportation company claimed the hood was delivered and signed for. We just finished a DIY installation of the Honey-colored Adura® Flex Southern Oak Plank into our RV. We absolutely LOVE the results! This flooring has a high-quality look and feel. The micro-beveled edges and wood-grain embossing make this flooring look very much like real wood. The Honey color is rich and warm. I was a little worried that during shipping, individual boxes might arrive damaged. I'm happy to report that even though none of the boxes arrived in perfect condition, very few of the planks were damaged. One thing to note: this plank IS marked VERY lightly with one-way arrows which we totally missed until we after we had already glued down half of the floor. This is a traditional glue-down LVT floor that is kid and pet-friendly, and easy to clean and maintain. Because this is glued to your subfloor, it is perfect when you don't want transition strips from room to room, making it a great option for homes with large spaces or special needs.
