This is a terrific little system! I am a tea drinker and my husband let it slip that the UK has hot water on demand in many places... I asked if we could and lo and behold! Since the install is have had zero water quality issues, which used to happen a couple times a week. So far I do like this it does make the water taste a lot better. Its not quite as cold as I would like I have a 32 oz water bottle and Im about halfway of filling it the water gets warm since its refilling the tank as it goes, but some ice cubes would fix that. I-spring’s customer support is exemplary and I am quite pleased with the filter system that I purchased. I also love the fact that the customer support isn’t outsourced to a foreign country. I bought the i-spring jumbo spin down sediment 50 micron filter because of the design and re-usable filter. However, after we installed the system we soon realized that the micron size was too small for our needs. I reached out to the customer support to learn if they had any recommendations. I had the pleasure of working with Sean from customer support who took a genuine interest helping find a solution for my situation. He took the time to review my water lab results and other material that I presented and concluded that I needed a larger sized micron screen and sent me a 200 micron filter. The design of the product is solid. I have the automatic flushing version. I do wish that there was an option programmed into the settings where you could drain the water longer than 90 sec intervals. The product did come with a manual knob but we had trouble getting that to work so we have been using pliers to turn open the valve. I will be recommending this product to a couple of my neighbors. Thank you I-Spring and Sean! 08/22/25 Update After 3 years of using this product it is still holding up well. Recently the o-ring shrink which caused the system to heavily leak. I went to the website to order a replacement o-ring and discovered that they were out of stock due to tariff issues. I called iSpring and had the pleasure of talking to Michele. I’ve had the six stage model RCC7P – AK for about a year. I’m just now doing my first filter change, all, but the RO Membrane. I have a bit of an unconventional installation. My system is about 20 feet from the water supply in the sink drain. I’ve had it installed on the floor. But for this filter change, I mounted it to the wall about 12 inches above the floor with support under the filters. That will make future filter changes much easier in the future. Couldn’t be happier with the system. Great system, great tasting water with very effective filtering.
