We have had this mattress for just a little while now and overall I’m really happy with it for the price. It expanded quickly after opening and surprisingly had no odor at all, which I was honestly expecting with a boxed mattress. The medium feel seems pretty accurate. It’s comfortable without feeling overly soft, and I haven’t been waking up sore or stiff. One thing I did notice is it has a little more bounce than I expected from a hybrid mattress, so if you prefer an extra still memory foam feel, that’s something to keep in mind. It also looks really nice once set up and gives the bed a much more updated feel. This mattress arrived packaged well. The intructions for unwrapping were easy to follow. This mattress was very heavy even in a skinny box. I suggest getting a second person to help lift it. I moved it upatairs on my own and it was quite a workout. I suggest unwrapping and unrolling it on the bed. It says to allow it to decompress for a couple of days.
