Purchased this for a family child care center. It's just the right size for both the younger and school age children that I serve. Sturdy and looks really nice. The playhouse was pretty simple to put together. We opted for a wood house in hopes to keep the temperature lower in summer months. Parts of the roof are beginning to lift as the house has been rained on. It’s an easy fix but that was a prebuilt part which will need attention.
