This product showed up very well, packaged in die cut foam in a heavy duty, cardboard box, which was shrunk wrapped as well. The faucet appears to be very well-made, and hopefully gives the plumber no trouble in a couple of months when they go to hook it up! Follow up after installation. If you have low water pressure, I think this faucet would help quite a bit. It looks exactly like in the photos. Because it's brass, it quickly shows water stains -- especially near the handle.
