The only suggestion I’d make is to consider putting a king bed on the bottom instead of 2 twins because there’s only a tiny area between the 2 beds, and it’s easy to sink in that area because it’s not a distinct area that you’ll notice once blankets are on. Took my husband a few days to assemble ( solid 6 hours total with breaks) to put together by himself. My two boys love their new bunk bed. Top bunk mattress is a Wayfair mattress 5 inches. Seems very sturdy but can shake a little like most metal frames. My husband plans on checking the bolts every week. The bed itself has been sturdy and the directions were easy to understand. Some issues included missing part numbers (stickers came off bed parts and fasteners are unlabeled and must be sorted prior to construction), missing fasteners (two different screw types were missing, requiring a trip to the hardware store for replacements). The biggest issue was with connecting the upper bunks together. The 30mm screw is simply too short to fit through the slot in the bed and connect to the nut on the other side. My three kiddos are super excited about their new bunkbed! It took my husband, son, and I three hours to put it together but the pictures in the directions were straight forward. We did have to take two parts apart and reassemble them as I missed the direction they had to be facing in order to attach pieces in later steps. I put a soft bath math with a grippy bottom at the foot of the ladder and tucked it under the mattresses on either side to prevent direct falls onto the lower bedframes. The storage space on the top bunk is great for storing a good amount of toys and stuffed animals; the storage drawers between the beds on the bottom are nice for smaller items. Well... Good thing Im handy! Ive assembled my fair share of boxed furniture throughout the years. I knew I was going to be in trouble when I opened up the box of hardware, and it was not all in their own bags or separated. There was three or four different sets of screws or hardware per bag that you had to sort or find tiny little paper tags that identified each one. Yee-haw! This bed took a lot of my patience, experience, and several hours. The instructions were very confusing at times, theres no detailed description, just pictures. My bed frame had mislabeled pieces that created a lot of confusion. I also had a shortage of no less than 12 different pieces of hardware. Again, thankfully Im handy and had stuff laying around. Like a previous review said, the instructions for the steps and doors are wrong and need to be switched. You either have to do some good math or guess how wide apart to attach all the slats and drawer stops. All the exposed hardware is kind of a bummer as well. This wasnt a hard assembly, just tedious and frustrating due to the instructions and hardware. Even though it seems like Im complaining, I am very happy with the bed. We have very little storage sleeping options in our house and this bed solves several of those issues. Full Over Full Bunk Bed with Shelves and 6 Storage Drawers

Very pleased with the finished product. I dont believe there was a single piece of solid wood in the whole kit but the quality was very good for the price. The pre drilled holes for cross dowels were often occluded and have to be scraped deeper with a screw driver which was the single most frustrating slow part of the assembly process. Some holes had leftover wood that wasn’t punctured and removed completely but over all, the paint was flawless. Not one part was missing. No cracks or issues with wood quality except a little warping on some of the flat rails used for the banister but once you start tightening everything it flattens out just fine. Bed feels sturdy. Stairs feel sturdy and solid. The boys love their new bed. We noticed the hardware was exposed but the finish is actually really nice, gold tone. Looks pretty cool. Would recommend 1010.
