This is the most terrible experience I have had with wayfair. When the toilet arrived, we opened the top of the boxes to check it is not Broken. My plumber finally came to install it and it and found out that 4 inner components are missing. Plumber said this looked like a returned item that Wayfair sent to me. Perigold delivered 3 broken toilets to me!!! I was told after the second much caution would be taken with regards to shipping - extra labeling, etc - none of that.
