This is the first item I got from Wayfair that I had a problem with. however, the woman in customer service was very helpful and is sending out a replacement, and then I’ll use the packaging from that to return the one that arrived damaged. kind of a pain that I have to return the messed up one, but I get it. maybe they have to put in a claim with FedEx or some thing and need that for documentation. Love the shape over the other round options we have had in the past. We havent installed it yet, but I purchased 2 for the new bathroom renovation. Giving it only 4 stars because the flexibility in the arms is not consistent in both directions. Both mirrors are intended to fold flat inside an upper cabinet on our separate vanities and one of the cabinets is positioned in a way that requires the mirror to fold in one specific direction. The mirror is set to primarily fold in the opposite direction, but can be made to fold how we need it if the mirror itself is turned around. Its awkward, but we are going to make it work because we liked the style over the round options and it better coordinates with the new bathroom. If you have not used one of these mirrors before, I highly recommend getting a hardwired version with high magnification. I installed a similar one in my last house and it was a favorite feature of the buyers that looked at the house. Not to mention my favorite added feature as well. No batteries or dim lights. I really like this little mirror. The light shades are bright. The little mirror makes it much easier to do my makeup since my vision is not that good. I love that you can switch the position and it also tilts! The little standtray at the bottom comes in handy for earrings, make up, cell phone etc. The stand is plastic, I would have liked metal but it actually stands very firm. It is the perfect size.
