We have not yet tried all the numerous features this oven provides, partially because it is taking us time to read and apply all the instructions and partially because it is summer so we BBQ a great deal. We find it preheats fairly quickly which is convenient. Baking has also proved effective and true to temperature readings. Broiling is also easy to use and prepares steaks beautifully. Not thrilled about the wall wart power supply and would had preferred an internal version. Edit after a few months, my 20 year old plumbing has been descaling en mass. I replaced my water heater, also 20 years old. The water is coming out with the lime sentiment. It quickly settles. But I’m hoping it finishes. The product obviously works.
