I spent so much time looking for a gas stove with three burners and individual grates because I had 5 burners (I never used 4 or 5 burners at the same time), heavy busy grates make so difficult to bring them to the sink and clean them, But now this one makes my job so easier and I am enjoys cooking more and finishing much faster and cleaning less! Love this smoker! Made it easy to pretty much set and forget. Digital display was outstanding and it held the temp nicely. Also did not take much time to get back up to temp after opening.
