Bought this several months ago. Although I sent the link with specs and installation instructions to the builder's subcontractor, he installed the grill on wood supports which is combustible. Of course, the builder blamed us for not buying via his subcontractor (which would have been much more expensive). After the subcontractor made a steel box with cement board to address the combustion issue, we discover he didn't allow room to pull the grease pans out. The recessed gas plug is a convenient outlet for natural gas or propane that can be hooked up directly to your house or RV gas system. This outlet is designed to be recessed into the wall with a fire-rated abs rough-in box, covered with a brushed finished stainless steel door that protrudes no more than 1/2" out from the finished surface. The gas plug (TM) door can be closed while the appliance remains hooked up. It is manufactured with an extra safety feature that ensures the gas supply is shut off before an appliance can be disconnected, which along with the lockable door provides the owner with peace of mind and a clean method of concealing pipes and valves.

I replaced my 20 year old grill with this Napoleon 700 series grill. The technology on this grill has come a long way compared to my old grill. Cooks great, doesn’t flare up like my old grill. It has an insulated hood that keeps a consistent temperature. I used the rotisserie for the first time this weekend and it worked great. I couldn’t believe how quiet it was. With the back infrared burner it cooked very evenly. The lights on the grill work great for cooking at night and they look pretty cool too. The recirculation kits performs multi-stage filtration and removes the odor from the gas and smoke that is sucked into the range hood, which removes harmful components and pollutants in the smoke, and effectively solves the problem of using range hoods in houses where the range hood cannot be exhausted.
