Item returned. Description did not describe adequately that the filling was not foam but instead compressed filling material. Upon arrival in a 2x2 square box weighing about 50 lbs.. upon unpacking the mattress which then needed to be difficultly decompressed. Even after significant work by 2 people the material could not be fully released. The result was a lumpy mattress none the less being uncomfortable to relax on. Returning the product was also quite difficult given the expanded size and product weight. I have been satisfied in past by many Wayfair products purchased (see order history/total dollars spent). I always recommended Wayfair to family and friends. Now I will hesitate to do so and caution on future purchases. Given above my experience with the customer service return was 5 stars.. Jeffrey.
