I purchased this to extend our usable space on our patio. It took 2 people about 5 hours in the Texas heat to put this together. We did have some experience with this type of assembly so that helped streamline things. It definitely needs to be anchored, but once it is the awning is quite stable. Nice Pergola It’s solid but a little lower than I had envisioned. The front has a shallow gutter with ends open. I’m a trying to figure out how to hang a gutter. It’s very hard to drill.
