This is a pretty product overall. However I ordered brass handles but it came with a brown color feels like made from plastic not brass metal or anything close to it so it’s a bit disappointing. I was expecting it to be similar color as my Forno range so it’s not. Anonymous. Thu Mar 05 2026

We just had it installed yesterday. Recommend that you get a print out of the specifications and the installation. From what I was able to read in Wayfare’s description section, we would be able to install the unit flush with the ceiling. And unfortunately, because I didn’t have printed specifications we had to drop down the unit a foot from the ceiling. Not the inconspicuous flush mount unit and I was hoping for. According to my contractor, this was a very complicated unit to install. To be fair this is a relatively new category of range top hoods that are being offered. Pleased with the noise level, but have yet to cook with it. Read reviews from other previous purchasers, and a common statement was how small the remote controller was.
