Ordered this kitchen faucet in their very nice brushed nickel finish. It has a very sleek look and seems well constructed, although the curved “spout” doesn’t seem like it’s very thick metal and I don’t feel it matches the look of the curve and height in their photo. The base and handle are heavy duty, the sprayer is plastic, but blends nicely with the metal and doesn't stand out. The pull down hose is black. The three hole cover plate included was needed for my installation, which was nice. Arrived quickly, packaged well and was easy to install. The beverage/spring water faucet is great - strong water flow. It keeps a bubble at the tip but it doesn't drip. I kept a cup under it and it kept dry with no leaks. The main faucet sprayer has 3 functions: regular flow of water, spray flow and best of all, a super sprayer. It really removes the stubborn stuff. That was an unexpected, happy benefit. Overall this is a very nicely built unit. Heavy duty, all metal construction in the body, spring, and sprayer handle. The on-off handle is easy to use and adjust, and operates smoothly. The hardware and hoses included seem to be nice quality, although I hate when companies use metric on one end (the faucet end) and SAE on the other end (the water line hookup). My only critiques are the following: The sprayer button was NOT intuitive and while it appears to push IN, flicks up/down to change between sprayer modes. The other is that the spring is extremely stiff and therefore doesn't allow the nozzle to go much lower than the holder. The image of the brushed stainless makes the faucet appear much darker than it really is. The photo I posted is of the brushed finish in an IKEA DOMSJO double basin sink. You will also notice the handle is at a 45° angle. I had to install this way because at full-cold the handle hit my backsplash. We spent a lot of time looking for just the right kitchen faucet as we remodel our older, new home kitchen to boot. I am so eager to permanently install this new faucet. It's so elegant and perfectly designed. This is such a great quality faucet that is heavy duty. I love the single handle to turn the water on, it's so much better than having two different knobs. I love the pull down head feature, it makes filling larger pots, that can't fit in my sink, on the counter. It's easy to clean, by simply wiping it off. I didn't have any issues with the nozel getting clogged. The water pressure greatly exceeded my previous faucet. I really am shocked at the quality of this elegant hardware.
