I just love my new cooktop. The design makes it really easy to clean. In terms of performance, I noticed that cook times are a little bit shorter. The gas dial has a wide range, so I can go from very low to high flame. Also having an additional burner is great. I can have multiple meals going at the same time. This is my first induction cooktop. Didn’t know what to expect, but I got to say, it is wonderful. It heats quickly and cooks evenly at different temperatures. The controls are easy to see and use. It has different settings, like simmering that works great. I really like the configuration of the controls as well. Did I mention how nice it looks on our counter, picture attached. When I got the cooktop it came with all the necessary instructions and warnings including how not to scratch the ceramic top. This range is terrific! We haven't tried all the features yet, but are very happy so far with what we have used. The range is attractive and has two quick-boil burners. Temperatures in the oven are reliable and things seem to cook faster that the did with our old stove. The control pad is easy to access and is for the most part pretty intuitive. We are experimenting with the Convection settings with successful results, but haven't tried the Air Fry yet (I have a countertop Air Frier so really don't need that function anyway). There are a couple things I would change, however. The two quick-boil burners are at the front of the cooktop. Most of the time I don't need to boil something quickly, so it has bee n a challenge to learn how to modify the heat so things don't burn. It would be better to put at least one of these in the back, and move the simmer burner to the front. The other thing is the drawer beneath the range (where a broiler would be in a traditional stove). It is quite shallow and flimsy. In fact, I would say this is the biggest weakness of this range.
