Bought this several months ago. Although I sent the link with specs and installation instructions to the builder's subcontractor, he installed the grill on wood supports which is combustible. Of course, the builder blamed us for not buying via his subcontractor (which would have been much more expensive). After the subcontractor made a steel box with cement board to address the combustion issue, we discover he didn't allow room to pull the grease pans out. Absolutely love it. So much nicer than I was expecting. Heavy duty, does not look or feel cheap. Took a couple hours to put together, but I completely glossed over the part of the instructions when it said to only screw some of the screws in by 80%. Make sure to follow that part - you need to be able to have a little give in order to get some of the other pieces into place correctly. Once you pass that step, then it tells you to go back and screw them to 100%. That probably would’ve saved me about half an hour, but that’s user error, lol. I would 100% recommend.. Dina. Right out of the box ! we bought 2; kind of a Graphite Black color - they were packed/shipped very well & delivered quickly (Summer 2025)- they went together easily, the swivel recliners met & enhanced the aesthetic theme expectations of the space they are in beautifully! After a month of moderate usage in a sun-light/UV protected space, by 2 people w/no animals i will unfortunately have to change the initial 4.5 star rating to a 2.5 star rating for the following reasons: 1) the chair back & w/recliner extended is designed to comfortably accommodate a person under 5'9" - works for me at 5' but not my husband @ 6'. 2) the recliners foot-leg rest only extends to full-out - there is no partial or 1/2 way for the leg extension. 3) on both chairs, the leather on the head-rest & seat-back & the seat cushions very quickly/prematurely began drooping/sagging, wrinkled & starting to show a crack/split appearance (that is not due to years of age as would be expected) and is only getting worse over time. The price-point for these at the time was reasonable & on paper the 'look' & description of them seemed to be the perfect fit to enhance our Great Rooms furniture suite; unfortunately the quality of these recliners materials & the size/mechanical limitations are disappointing and will not meet the hoped for expectations for comfortability w/a quality handsome appearance or the quality of durability & long wear. - sv.
