We are used to cooking with stainless cookware and the only usable burner for cooking on lower heat is the simmer burner. The others are just too intense. The grates are really heavy duty. The only reason this isn't a 5-star door is because of the etching inside each window. The manufacturer date and other non-sensical writing is etched on the INSIDE of every window pane. To take the door back out and return would be an insane amount of work so we are going to live with it. But it's a beautiful door, came in pristine condition, minus the stupid etching.. Shea.
